"Wifey and I walked in last week to dream about a bike. We were immediately drawn to the Vulcan 1600 Classic. I was dumb and wanted to drive around and shop. We shopped the entire weekend all over the Portland area. Never did see anything cooler and the day was over. I wasted an entire weekend shopping. After work the following week I decided to come in again and drool a little more. Sales was great and zero pressure. I decided to just try for it. 10 minutes and my new bike was being serviced!! The ride home was shakey nervous excitement to say the least. The cool bike is only half the story. Every knows that this bike is sooooo cool but the dealership is by far the best in any state around. I will NEVER shop anywhere else. On a side note, I came in three days later for some parts and the parts guy knew my name and my bike. I only met him for a minute and everyone there seems to go out of thier way to say hi and see if I need anything. Shopping and purchasing anywhere else would simply be a waste of time. If you do shop, go everywhere else first and end here and you will see what I mean and NOT waste your time...Thanks guys...see ya later this week!"

"I recently purchased a 2002 CBR 1100XX from your dealership. I had originally drove over to the valley from Redmond with the intent to pick up another Blackbird from another dealership who previously told me they would work with me. I won't give this huge dealership's name which is in Beaverton just off the 217. When I actually arrived at their dealership, I made an offer on a black 1100XX was met with what I perceived as an "are you kidding??" Not even a counter offer from their sales people. I left there feeling like money was their main objective and not customer service.
Thanks to an add in the Cycle Trader, I saw that you had a Blackbird for sale and when I saw it was silver....I knew this was the bike I wanted. Matt McKay helped me with my questions and after I made an offer, he worked with me to make me feel like I was getting the most for my money. Not only did I end up buying the bike, I got a helmet for my wife, an Alpinestars jacket, and three hats from your dealership. The people in the accessories department also showed they cared about my experience at the store.
The point you ask? I rated this dealership at five stars because of how my family and I felt when we left there. We spent our hard earned money and felt appreciated for being there, rather than another number on a piece of paper. I am a firm believer that one's perception is their reality. Even if you're not doing it well, as long as you look good doing it...people will respect you.
We have referred our friends there and, also will definately hope to purchase my wife's and my son's motorcycles from you as well.
Matt McKay deserves some recognition here as well as Big Ron for making our trip over the pass well worth the ride.
